PAY_UAE_SI_150 - Determine GPSSA Form Layout

In this Customizing activity, you determine the form layout that applies to:

• All the statutory forms required by the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA). On the SAP Easy Access screen, you can find these GPSSA forms by following the path: Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> United Arab Emirates -> Information System -> Other Government Forms -> GPSSA Statutory Forms.

• The Social Insurance Retroactive Log Report

Notethat you should only enter a maximum of five wage types when configuring the layout for these forms. In addition, you should specify only wage types that are set with processing class 81.

You determine the payment items that fill out the columns on a form. These columns are displayed from right to the left in accordance with the sequential number.

In addition, you specify the corresponding technical wage types of these payment items in the system.

Once the mapping between the columns and wage types are defined, during the form generation, the system reads amount of these wage types from the payroll result of the reporting period to fill out the columns.
