In this customizing activity, you maintain the criteria under which special leaves may be granted to certain employees, for example, Hajj leave for Muslim employees.

The criteria are as follows:

  • Nationality
  • Religion
  • Gender
  • Minimum service duration (in months)
  • Duration between absences

You can also specify criteria for a leave that is created as an action. To do this, use the Action Type and Reason for Action fields.

When you execute the activity, enter 64 as the PS Grouping.
