PAY_UAE_V_T5R05 - Define ID Types

In this Customizing activity, you set up the types of Identity Cards that an employee might possess. You also specify whether the assignment of a certain ID type to an employee in infotype Personal IDs (0185) starts a request for additional information, such as whether the employee possesses a work permit.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter a two digit alphanumerical key for the ID type.
3. Enter a short description.
4. If you want additional information about the employee's residence status to be requested when creating a data set in infotype 0185, select the Add. Info. field.
5. If you want additional information about the employee's work permit to be requested when creating a data set in infotype 0185, select the WP field.
6. Save your entries.
