In this optional Customizing activity, you describe the organizational hierarchy depth that can be displayed in the Emiratization Report output.

For example, if you want to see only the statistics for the entire organization, you would set a value of 1. If you wanted to see statistics only for the entire organization with the option to drill down into the next level of the organization, you would set a value of 2.

Essentially, the numeric value corresponds with the level of depth of the organizational structure that you want to be available in the report output.
