In this IMG activity, you activate the function XLTI (Process Long Term Incentives) in your payroll schema.

For more information regarding changing schemas, see the SAP Library under Human Resources -> HR Tools -> Editor for personnel calculation schemas -> Editing schemas.

In the standard system, the function XLTI is part of the schema U000. However, you need to activate this entry in the subschema UAP0. You can find this in the schema below the function P0165.
