PAY_VE_ADE_020 - Adapt advance payment of severance payments

In the standard system, the function VESEN is executed in regular and correcction payroll runs for calculating the amounts payable to the employee as yearly and monthly seniority according to regulations.
Additionally, it is determined whether there are seniority advance payments (M265); if this is the case, the table SEN_EVAL is maintained for interest calculation.
If you want to change the length of service used for the advance payment according to your company needs, the following function module is at your disposal:

You must carry out this activity only if the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The standard SAP processes do not meet your requirements.
- You have a thorough knowledge of programming with ABAP/4.
You must use this function module only for the purposes mentioned above. Any other use does not guarantee correct results in the system.
