The 2012 Organic Labor Law foresees in section 142 that, additionally and after the first year of service, the employer will pay each employee 2 days of salary for each year that will accumulate up to 30 days of salary.

SAP delivers this limit of 30 days in constant SENDR and the customer shall not change it.

Run this Customizing activity and verify the SENDR constant value.
