PAY_XX_HRF_030 - Define Fields and Associate to DAQ Fields

In this activity, you define fields for the forms in the HR Reporting Framework (HRF) and you associate them to DAQ fields.

This allows you to use the same DAQ field with different attributes for different fields of the various forms, especially for different types of rounding, truncation and overlapping.

In most cases simple correspondence between the HRF fields and fields of the DAQ forms is 1:1, but this is not necessarily the norm.

You have performed the activities in Customizing under Reuse Tools -> DAQ: Data Field Acquisition in Forms

The data extracted by DAQ are cumulated by payroll period, unless the table T5F99FF, field CUMU, has been parameterized differently. You can cumulate or subtract the values based on a any desired criterion.

  1. Enter the information from the HR Reporting Framework (Subapplication, Sectionand Field).
  2. Enter the validity dates.
  3. Enter the corresponding information from the DAQ (Subapplication, Sectionand Field). Bear in mind that you can use fields from more than one DAQ form.
  4. Enter additional data on rounding, splits and data type. For more information, see the entry help of the respective fields.
  5. Save your entries.
