PBCS_0950 - Define Run Variant for Runs for Preparation of Budget Planning

In this IMG activity you assign the variants you defined for modules in the previous IMG activities to a run variant. This run variant controls the run for the creation of requirements for budget planning.
There are entries for the module-specific variants in the IMG activities:
- Object collector: Link Variant to Filter Value
- Data collector: Assign Detail Variant to Data Collector Variant
- Document creation Link Variant to Filter Value
- Error handling: Link Variant to Filter Value
- Output: Link Variant to Filter Value
SAP provides the run variant BPREP which is interpreted by the program Preparation of Budget Planning - Free Selection in Position Budgeting and Control. This run variant is always interpreted if the requirements for budget planning are determined for a person or position (for example using the report Edit Planning Data).
