PBCS_1000 - Activate Use of Control Variable

In this activity, you activate the use of the control variable for the component Organizational Management for Public Services. To do so, you specify an activation date.

Note

Activating the control variable affects the functioning of the availability control in the system. For more information, see here.

The use of the control variable is not activated in the standard system.

If you specify an activation date, you then need to run the report Processing of Control Variable to create or modify the control variable based on the planned value of the positions to be managed.

Under Value of Semantic Code, specify an activation date with the format YYYYMMDD.
