PBC_FTE_0020 - Define Budget Currency

In this step, you define the budget currency for Personnel Budget Plan Management.

This is the currency used for budgets in a defined period.

The budgets of budget structure elements are managed in the budget currency.

Only use one budget currency for each financial year, and never change the budget currency during a financial year (this can give rise to inconsistent data).

To maintain the budget currency for Personnel Budget Plan Management, proceed as follows:

1. Specify the budget currency you require and the corresponding validity period.
2. Choose Save.
