PBC_FTE_0990 - Define Grouping for Activating Reassignment Lock

In this IMG activity, you define groupings that you can use to activate the reassignment lock. The groupings that you require for your organization is closely connected to the structure of the feature PM300 (Assign Grouping for Activating the Reassignment Lock). Have a look at this before you create new groupings.

If you want to use the reassignment lock, you have to

1. Create a grouping
2. Assign this grouping to the feature PM300 in the IMG activity Assign Grouping for Activating the Reassignment Lock.
3. In the IMG activity Define Period for Activating the Reassignment Lock, activate the reassignment lock and if necessary, limit the period in which the program should propose a reassignment lock for the user as soon as they delimit a holder link to a person. If you do not enter a period here, the reassignment lock is unlimited.
4. In the IMG activity Define Default Value for End of Validity of Reassignment Lock you can define a default value for the validity end date of the individual reassignment locks.
