PBC_FTE_1200 - Maximum Period for Budget Maintenance and Budget Usage

In this Customizing activity, you specify the maximum period for entering budget in information type 1520 "Original Budget" as well as the maximum budget usage period during financing.

When you use budget structure element types in the budget unit "Currency", it is generally only desirable to enter budget for just a few years.

In this Customizing activity, enter the maximum period that the system can permit for entering the original budget.

Additional Notes

The period is considered individually from the relevant start date of the corresponding budget structure element.

Furthermore, this setting is used to ensure that budget is only used during the maximum period entered.
