PBC_FTE_1210 - Define Reasons for Alternative Financing Requirement

In this Customizing activity, you define the reasons for an alternative financing requirement.

You can use an alternative financing requirement to override the system defined calculation of the financing requirement and define the individual financing of a person in infotype 3293 (Alternative Financing Requirement) of the HR master data.

Classification for alternative financing requirement

You can use a classification to group the reasons you use for an alternative financing requirement. The classification is then available for the evaluation or as a search criterion.

In the other Customizing activities of this section, you can define that the classification of reasons in IMG is obligatory and the information for classification is saved in the HR master record (see Classification of a Reason for Alternative Financing Requirement).

• SAP does not provide any entries for reasons.

• The classification of reasons is optional by default.

• The overriding for the alternative financing requirement in infotype 3293 is implemented by the activated example class CL_HRFPM_FIN_EXC_PROC_FLBK provided by SAP.
  You can change the implementation provided for the alternative financing requirement using BAdI HRFPM_FIN_EXC_PROCESSING.

• A warning is issued in infotype 3293 if the entry of the FTE is larger than the value 1. You can configure this message HRFPMCUSTOM101 in view V_T100C - work area HRFPMCUSTOM to suit your requirements.
