In this Customizing activity, you activate the simplified maintenance of budgeting rules.

You can use the simplified maintenance of budgeting rules to make the following changes directly in the budgeting rule dialog box:

• Validity period of a rule

• Activated budget

• Indicator External Rule

• Record number and reason
