PBC_FTE_1290 - Define End Date of Reassignment Lock

In this IMG activity, you define the settings to determine the end date of the reassignment locks. You can also define whether the end date determined by the system as a default value can be overwritten by the personnel administrator or has to be adopted unchanged.

There are three different options for determining the end date:

• Absolute Date (F1)

The end date defined in Customizing is used as the validity end date (Field Validity End Date).

• Relative Date from Period (R1)

The validity end date is determined from the start date of the validity period and the addition of the periods defined in Customizing using fields Number and Unit.

• End date of budget structure element (F2)

The end date of the assigned budget structure element is used as the validity end date.

1. Define how the end date of a reassignment lock should be determined for each of the groupings you defined.
2. You want to allow the personnel administrator to overwrite the end date determined by the system, then do not set the indicator Not Changeable.
