In this step, you define the minimum and maximum classification for the new APS Classification Structure as specified by the Dept of Workplace Relations and Small Business. Based on the minimum and maximum values specified, it will have its corresponding PSMPC code as defined in the previous step Define PSMPC codes for Equity & Diversity.

The minimum and maximum classifications are specified for each combination of Pay Scale Type, Pay Scale Area and Pay Scale Group.

  1. Check that all required entries are in the table.
  2. Make changes if necessary.
