In this step, you specify the date types that are used for the Last Increment Date, the Deferred Increment Date, and the Review Increment Date with the help of the features 13DS1, 13DS2, and 13DS3.

The last increment date is the day when the last increment progression took place.

If an employee has taken too much leave without pay not to count as service (LWOP NTCAS), the next increment date is deferred by the number of days of LWOP, which is the deferred increment date. The deferred and the next increment dates are considered in the Increment Progression if they are in the selected period.

The last, deferred, and review increment dates are stored in the Date Specifications infotype (0041).

Carry out IMG step Define Date Type.
