PBS_AU_INC_HDA_010 - Define Eligibility Criteria for HDA Increment

In this step you define HDA Eligibility Criteria which will be used in feature 13HDA for decision.

Check Unit of time/measurement.

01 - Contract Employees
02 - Executives
QA - PS: Senior Exec/FT_Y
QB - PS: Senior Exec/FT_M
QC - PS: Senior Exec/PT_Y
QD - PS: Senior Exec/PT_M
QE - PS: Senior Off/FT_Y

• Choose New entries.

• Choose a two digit Eligibility Group Code.

• Enter the description.

• Choose Start date and End date.

• Determine minimum working time criteria.

• Determine payscale Structure for Next Payscale Group and Next Pay Scale Level.

• Determine Total Number of Days to be worked and select time unit.

• Determine Threshold time for HDA Break.

• Check Leave Without Payment (LWOP NTCAS) threshold indicator.

• Choose Save.
