PBS_AU_INC_HDA_020 - Specify Date Type for HDA Increment

In this step, you specify the date types that are used for the HDA Last Increment Date and HDA Deferred Increment Datewith the help of the features 13DS4.

The HDA last increment date is the day when the last HDA increment progression took place.

If an employee has met the HDA increment criteria and HDA Deferred Increment Date is specified , HDA Increment will be given on this date.

The format of return value in feature 13DS4 is XX/XX, the first two characters are for HDA last Increment Date Type, the third character is fixed for '/' , the last two characters are for HDA Deferred Increment Date Type,

The HDA last, deferred increment dates are stored in the Monitoring of Dates infotype (0019).

Carry out IMG step Define Date Type.

1. Call up decision tree for each of the features 13DS4.
2. Check the default settings.
3. If necessary, maintain the entries according to your own needs.

For example, you can extend the decision tree by using Employee Group, Employee Subgroup, etc.

1. Choose Save.
