PBS_AU_LOD_001 - Define Details for Leave Loading

In this step, you define the details for the pay out of Leave Loading. To do this, you:

1. Specify the Leave Loading Absence Type
2. Specify the Leave Loading Start date
3. Specify the Leave Loading End date
4. Specify the Leave Loading Payment Control
5. Specify the Unpaid Leave Loading Option
6. Specify the Calculation and Payment Method
7. Specify the Leave Loading Wage Type used to pay Leave Loading
8. Specify the Valuation Basis
9. Specify the Leave Loading Percentage Definition
10. Specify the Minimum days of Leave taken to pay Leave Loading
11. Specify the Absence Counting Methods like Calender Days, Absence Days or Absence Days including public holidays
12. Specify the additional Absence Types to be considered while checking for minimum criteria

The standard system contains model entries that you can copy and rename to create your own.

To change a record, SAP recommends that you delimit the validity dates of the existing record and create a new record.
