If the employee works on Higher Duty for more than 12 months, then the allowance has to be added along with the basic salary to derive the rate which is used to calculate the Leave Loading amount. In this step, you can specify the number of months of Higher Duty.
- Select Country Grouping 13 for Australia
- Value 12
- Carry out activity
- Adjust Start and End Date
- Specify Value
