PBS_AU_LOD_080 - Define additional absence type grouping

In this step, you define the additional absence type grouping used for leave loading minimum criteria check.

Specify the "Additional absence type grouping" you want to create

Specify the absence types belonging to this grouping

If there are 7 additional absence type, 1001 to 1007, used for leave loading minimum criteria check, 1001 to 1004 can be typed into those 4 "Additional abs. type" screen fields in T5QPBS5A table. Then a new additional absences grouping 0001( for example), which consists of absence type 1005, 1006 and 1007, should be created in T5QPBS5C table and chosen into the field "Additional abs. type grouping" in T5QPBS5A table.
