PBS_AU_PAD_HD_020 - Define reason for performing higher duties

In this step, you define which reasons in Higher Duty Allowance should be available for employees when you enter Infotype Higher Duty Allowance (0509).

01 - Staff sickness

02 - Staff holiday

1. Choose New entries.
2. Enter a reason code.
3. Enter the relevant reason for performing higher duty allowance.
4. Choose Save.
