PBS_AU_PAY_HD_010 - Generate Higher Duty Salary/Allowance

This step enables you to set parameters that determine how Higher Duty Allowance accounting is computed.

This is done with Payroll subschema AUHC which is called from the main schema (AUAP) with COPY AUHC.

This schema comprises the following steps:
1. Compute Higher duty salary.
2. Compute Nominal salary.
3. Form the difference between the Higher duty salary and Nominal
salary.
4. Process the special counting rules applicable only for Higher duty.
