PBS_AU_PAY_SA_020 - Specify Minimum Number of Months of Membership for SA

During your working life, you pay a monthly amount into a superannuation fund. After you have paid for a specified number of months, you are eligible to take this amount into consideration for superannuation calculation.

The necessary number of months you need for adding the penalties to the superable salary is specified in this IMG step.

An employee starts working on january 1st 2000 and pays an amount of 100.00 AUD into the superannuation fund every month. For the first twelve months, only the salary is considered for superannuation calculation, but from january 1st 2001 on, the 100.00 AUD additionally to the salary are considered as superable salary.

• Select Country Grouping 13 for Australia.

• Value is set to 12 months.

• Carry out activity.

• Select the Start Date. The End Date is adjusted automatically.

• Specify Value.

• Choose Save.
