In this step, you link a combination of Termination & Redundancy Model and Payment Type to Payment Category and Payment Formula. You also specify the type of the Termination & Redundancy Model.
Define Termination & Redundancy Model
Define Payment Type
Define Payment Formula
Payment Category is defined in domain as nature of termination and redundancy payment. Possible values are:
TP Term. Payment
LP Leave Payment
NP Notice Payment
Use the default settings.
- For each Termination & Redundancy Model, check:
- Payment Type
- Payment Category
- Payment Formula
- Tick the according checkbox if the termination payment is one or more of the following payment types:
- Redundancy model for death case
- Voluntary Redundancy
- Invalidity Payment
- Choose Save
