PBS_AU_TER_LP_001 - Define Flexible Payment Rule for Leave

In this step you define flexible payment rules for leave to use in your Termination & Redundancy Model. You create this rules in table Leave Payment Rules (Check table).

01 : LOS less than one year
02 : LOS more or equal than one and less than ten years
03 : LOS more or equal than ten years
Length Of Service (LOS)

You want to make the flexible rule dependent on Ages, Length of service or company structure such like personnel areas. Then you can set the decision tree in feature 13RIL (you find it under IMG step Specify Decision for Flexible Payment Rule for Leave) and use the return value as key for table Leave Payment Rules. Carry out this activity to create the return values.

The flexible rule for leave payment links to feature 13RIL. The return value is a key of table Leave Payment Rules and represents subrule of Payment Rule Groups.
