PBS_AU_TER_LP_020 - Define Attributes for Calculation of Flexible Rules (13RIL)

In this step you assign the attributes for calculating the length of service (LOS) in combination with the Payment Rule Group.

Definition of Payment Rule Group.
Definition of Nature of Leave.
Specify Decision for Flexible Payment Rule for Leave.

Feature 13RIL in combination with defined Payment Rule Group.

• Carry out the activity.

• Enter value 13RIL in the Feature field.

• Indicate if Leave Without Pay (LWOP) and Prior Service should be taken into calculation.

• If LWOP is to be excluded but LWOP threshold value needs to be checked for employees whose LOS > 10 years, then specify the threshold value.

• Choose Save.
