SAP delivers several date types. The Date types below are used in the standard system for Australia. For this date types, no Date Indicator is used.

LI - Last Increment date
NR - Normal Retire Age
QL - LSL Anniversary Date
QR - RL Anniversary Date
QS - SL Anniversary Date
RI - Rew.Increment date

o If you use the Date type of the standard system, you can skip
this menu option.

o If you want to create a date type of your own, assign the
Date Indicator to the date type.

The date type is used in the Date Specifications infotype (0041). Here you can assign a specific date to a date type.

Dependencies When you create a Date Specifications record, the system proposes a datetype on the basis of the employee's organizational structure.
