In this step, you define the impact of an organizational change or a work schedule change on the leave entitlement of an employee. This is necessary if the employee has a change in his job within an accrual period where he gets a different amount of entitlement before and after this change.

With the help of this table, you can decide if the organizational change or the work schedule change should be taken into consideration. In this case, the entitlement at the end of the accrual period is prorated with the number of days the employee served before and after the change. Otherwise the actual entitlement meets the latest entitlement the employee got in the accrual period.

LWOP and unauthorized leave are also taken into consideration in this calculation. For more information about this see the F1 help of Impact on Organizational Change.

Personnel Subarea Grouping for Time Quota Types 13

For each Employee Subgroup Grouping for Time Quota Types and Absence Quota Type, dependent on the personnel subarea grouping, decide if you want the quota to be taken into consideration and if so, tick the appropriate checkbox.
