In this step, you set the characteristics for absence types that are defined in table T554S.

Absence Type 0500
Nature of Leave LWOP
Indicator increment impact set
Indicator Not to count as service set
The standard system contains several sample entries.
- Carry out activity.
- Select an absence type within personnel subgroup 13.
- Select nature of leave.
- If required, set indicator for increment impact.
- If required, set indicator for Not to count as service.
- Choose Save.
