The inflation rate is the actual or projected rate for a year. It takes into account the inflation between the current period and the period when the employee is eligible for long service leave.

The standard system provides the following values for the inflation rate:

  • Value 3.50 for Inflation Rate Year 1 - Inflation Rate Year 8 (payroll constants INF01 - INF08)
  • Value 4.50 for Inflation Rate Year 9 (payroll constant INF09)
  • Value 7.00 for Inflation Rate Year 10 (payroll constant INF10)
  • Value 7.50 for Inflation Rate Year 10+ (payroll constant INF11)

  • Carry out activity for each inflation rate.
  • Adjust Start Date.
  • Specify Value.
