In this activity, you define the Elements for Norway Public Sector.

The element and the category, to which the employee belongs, is used to determine whether an employee is eligible for a change in the Pay Scale Level due to seniority.

Define TRFAR as the code for the Pay Scale Element, Pay Scale Type.

You have been provided with the following Elements:

Element Char
TRFAR PAY SCALE TYPE
TRFGB PAY SCALE AREA
TRFGR PAY SCALE GROUP
TRFST PAY SCALE LEVEL

  1. Enter 20 in the CGrpg field.
  2. Enter the Element code in the Element field, for example, TRFAR.
  3. Enter the Element description in the Char field, for example, Pay Scale Type.
  4. Save your entries.
