PBS_NO_PAY_100 - Maintain the 'Reas. for Action' for Transfer to or from Another Pub Sec Co.

You use this feature during the settlement of holiday allowances for a person whom you hire or who is leaving your company to determine the following:

• Whether the person you hire is transferred from a public sector company

• Whether the person who is leaving your company is transferred to a public sector company

To do that, you edit the "Reason for action" to/from Transfer to Public Sector (Norway PS) (VPS02) feature in the system.

You can use the Reason for Action that you specify in the table view Reason for Action(V_T530). You can specify more than one reason for action for both the employees whom you hire and those that leave your company. For more information, see "Reason for action" to/from Transfer to Public Sector (Norway PS) (VPS02).

The standard system contains the following example settings for reasons for action:

• Action 10 (Leaving) and Action Reason V1 (Transfer to Public Sector (NO))

• Action 01 (Hiring) and Action Reason V2 (Transfer from Public Sector (NO))

Execute this Customizing activity and proceed as follows:

1. Check if the standard settings fit your company's requirements.
2. Edit the feature if changes are required.
