In this activity, you maintain the process codes for the process IDs.

You must have defined the process IDs.

It is recommended that you do not change the values of these process codes unless there is a legal change.

  1. Select New entries.
  2. Enter 20 in the CGrpg field.
  3. Select the Process ID, for example, LEV.
  4. Enter the Process code.
  5. Save your entries.
  • For the process ID, LEV, you maintain the legal leave codes.
  • For the process ID, TMA, you maintain the TMA codes, which define the eligibility of employees for SPK reporting.
