In this IMG activity, you can define the annual percentage and amount
increment for the MVC Component for each scheme of service.

For example, an annual increment of 100 for the Super Scale officers.

1. Check to see whether the necessary increments for all the various
scheme codes are included and, if necessary, add additional entries
and delete the entries that you do not need.
