PBS_SG_PAD_MC_001 - Define Clearance Category

In this IMG activity, you will be prompted to select the Clearance
Subtype (either Security or Medical Clearance). Afterwhich, you can
define the level of clearance for the Security/Medical Clearance. It is
represented by a 2 byte character code followed by its long text
description.

For example, you could have
1. Security Clearance
1A - Category 1A meaning that the employee is cleared at the
Security 1A level

2. Medical Clearance
02 - Minor Medical Problem meaning that the employee has minor
medical problems

1. Check to see whether the necessary level of Security/Medical
Clearance required for your enterprise are included and, if
necessary, add additional entries and delete the entries that you do
not need.
