PBS_SG_PAD_MC_010 - Describe Status of Clearance

In this IMG activity, you define the various status of clearance for
the Security/Medical Clearance of your employees. It is represented by
a 2 byte character code followed by its long text description.

For example, you could have AP which stands for "Approved" status.

1. Check to see whether the necessary status of clearance required for
your enterprise are included and, if necessary, add additional
entries and delete the entries that you do not need.
