PBS_SG_PAD_VS_010 - Define Position Held in Voluntary Services/ECA

In this IMG activity, you define the various positions held by your
employees for their participation in the Voluntary Services/ECA. It is
represented by a 4 byte character code and its long text description.

For example, we could have CHAR which represents Chairman.

1. Check to see whether the necessary position held in the Voluntary
Service/ECA by your employee are included and, if necessary, add
additional entries and delete the entries that you do not need.
