PBS_SG_PEN_080 - Determine Rounding Parameter for CPF Refund Calculation

In this step, please specify which salary component (Ordinary wage or Total wage) to be used to select the wage band when the program reads the CPF rates and the rounding principle. This is equivalent to the 4th paramter of the payroll function SGCPF that does CPF calculations. For CPF differential computations, it is recommended to use PSOR (Ordinary wages).
