PBS_SG_PEN_082 - Specify Exemption for CPF Rounding

In this step, you specify whether the CPF rounding need to be done or not. The standard CPF calculation does rounding based on the CPF regulations. This check overrides the existing check which means if the return value of the feature is "N", then the standard CPF roundings are skipped.
