PBS_SG_TIM_BS_020 - Define Range for Frozen Salary

In this IMG activity, you define salary range code the employee falls
under based on his salary up to amount.

For example, for employees that have up to amount of $320.00, the
cutoff year could be 30.06.1979 and the salary range code is 1.

1. Check to see whether the necessary salary range code for all your
employees are included and, if necessary, add additional entries and
delete the entries that you do not need.
