PBS_SG_TIM_EN_001 - Set Group Identifier for Leave Entitlement

In this IMG activity, we define the Leave Identifier based on the leave
scheme type, division class, etc of the employee.

Define Leave ID to be 01 for employees of Scheme 51, Div I, LV Type=01,
LOS<>10

1. Check to see whether the necessary Leave Identifier for all your
employees are included and, if necessary, add additional entries and
delete the entries that you do not need.
