This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Tax Reporter component (PY-US-RP-TR).

This BAdI enables you to specify source code as follows - in accordance with your business requirements - for selecting the Statutory employee, Retirement plan or Third-party sick pay checkboxes in Box 13 of Form W-2.

In the standard system, the logic for selecting the checkboxes is as follows:

  • If the employee in question fulfills the criterion, Y is entered as the return value.
  • If the employee does not fulfill the criterion, N is entered as the return value.
  • If the return value is Y, then the appropriate checkbox(es) will be marked in Box 13.
  • If you wish to use other fields for your reports, then you must implement Business Add-In PC10_TR0002.
  • You use the Tax Reportercomponent (PY-US-RP-TR).

There is no implementation of this BAdI in the standard system.
