PCC_SP29_SIMP_CONSCK - Check Policy Consistency

If you have already created policies in the back end, and you want to enable the policy/process maker to modify these policies or use these policies when he or she creates processes using the configuration wizards, you must convert these backend policies. However, not all policies that were created in the back end can be converted to policies created on the front end under simplified configuration of Policy Configuration.

Before you convert policies, you use this Customizing activity to check whether these backend policies can be converted into the policies of the specified policy type.

After you run the consistency check for the backend policies, you can do the following for consistent policies:

1. Add these policies in the include list in the Customizing activity Create Policy Include List for Policy Configuration App.
2. Run the Policy Conversion (PYC_CONVERT_POLICY_TO_BO) report to convert policies.
