The Team Configuration user uses the Team Configuration to set up teams for handling alerts for Team Monitoring processes. The user needs to specify the team attributes, team criteria, team lead, and team members for each team.

The standard SAP delivery provides users from table USER02 with the authorization object P_PYD_INST (field P_PYD_IAUT - A ) as possible team leads and users from table USER02 with the authorization object P_PYD_INST (field P_PYD_IAUT - W ) as possible team members.

You use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to define a list of users that can be chosen as team lead and a list of users that can be assigned as team members. This BAdI is used in the Payroll Process (PY-XX-PYP) component.

You can use the following BAdI methods:

  • For the list of users that the Team Configuration user can choose from and assign as team lead
  • TEAM_LEAD_GET_LIST

This method gets the list of user names of team leads
  • TEAM_LEAD_INFO_GET_LIST

This method gets the detail information, such as name and title, of the list of users.
  • TEAM_LEAD_PICTURE_GET_STREAM

This method gets the photo of the list of users.
  • For the list of users that the Team Configuration user can choose from and assign as team members
  • TEAM_MEMBER_GET_LIST

This method gets the list of user names of team members
  • TEAM_MEMBER_INFO_GET_LIST

This method gets the detail information, such as name and title, of the list of users.
  • TEAM_MEMBER_PICTURE_GET_STREAM

This method gets the photo of the list of users.

  • PAY_PYC_TM_DEF

The logic in the default implementation is to retrieve all dialogue users in SAP user administration table USR02 with the authorization object P_PYD_INST (field P_PYD_IAUT - A ) as possible team leads and users from table USER02 with the authorization object P_PYD_INST (field P_PYD_IAUT - W ) as possible team members.

.If you choose to define your own logic to get the user list, you need to create your own implementation of the BAdI.
