PCUI_ESS_BEN_W2 - Edit Address Data

In this Customizing activity, you can set up which address data the system uses in the application W-2 Reprint. You can enter different subtypes of the Addresses infotype (0006).

The W-2 Reprint application is relevant for the US country version only.

In the standard system, the home address (subtype 3) is set as the default address. This address is also used if you enter a non-existent subtype or if you do not enter any data.

You can change the settings provided by SAP and select another subtype of the Addresses infotype.

To do this, enter ESS in the Group field and W2STY in the Semantic Abbreviation field in the view V_T77S0, and specify the required subtype.

• If you want to use the employee’s Permanent Residence for the W-2 Reprint application, specify subtype 1.

• If you want to use the employee’s Temporary Residence for the W-2 Reprint application, specify subtype 2.
