PCUI_ESS_PT_LRQ_032 - Define Processing Processes for Each Rule Group

In this activity, you define processing processes that are valid for all types of leave that are requested using the Web application.

1. Define the format in which partial-day absences are to be recorded.
2. In the Check Including Unposted Requests field, specify whether you want requests that have not yet been posted to be included in the plausibility checks for the requested leave.
3. In the Remaining Leave Without Unposted Requests field, specify whether you want the time account statuses to be calculated without taking account of requests that have not yet been posted.
4. Specify whether you want to check employees' and/or managers' read authorizations for the Absences (2001) and Attendances infotypes (2002).
5. In the Determine Next Agent field, specify whether and how you want the system to determine the next agent of a request that has to be approved or forwarded for information.
