In this IMG activity, you link the workflow tasks and applications that are to be launched when a workflow item is executed in the universal worklist (UWL).

You use SAP Business Workflow.

The standard system contains the following standard tasks for the Leave Request workflow and the values for the Web applications (of the Web Dynpro Java visualization type) for the approval of leave requests:

Task Application   Package
TS21500004 LeaveRequest   sap.com/ess~lea
TS21500003 LeaveRequestApprover   sap.com/ess~lea

 

You use the standard tasks:

  1. Check that the entries are correct.

You have defined your own workflow tasks:

  1. Copy the entries of the above-mentioned standard tasks.
  2. Implement your tasks as required.

Register your work items. For more information about registering work items, see the documentation for the universal worklist (UWL).
